Our client, an international law firm, is in need of a PA to support the Managing Partner of the London office. A couple years’ experience as an EA/PA at a senior level is required, no legal experience necessary as it’s about the person and their skillsets. They need someone who can handle extensive diary management and making travel arrangements as the fee-earners represent and assist an international client base. Other duties include liaising with clients, drafting correspondence, dealing with administration including financial matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a PA looking to break into the legal sector or someone looking for a more senior support role currently in the legal sector. The London office has a very collegiate / team orientated culture and whilst very professional, is less formal than other larger City firms. Extensive benefits including excellent pension, private health, sports membership and bonus. The firm requires all of their staff to work in the office full-time.
McKinlay Law endeavour to contact all successful candidates within 24 hours. However, due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are not able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours your application has been unsuccessful and we have not retained your details.
