Leading US law firm are looking for an HR administrative assistant to provide a wide range of administrative and office support to the HR and managerial team in London, reporting directly to the Director of Administration. This is a generalist role and will initially be offered as an 18 month FTC.
A selection of duties will include:
This is an administrative role in a small HR team for a top US law firm, and there will be extensive liaison with senior management in both London and the US and so it is essential that you have exceptional communication skills and razor sharp attention to detail. You must also have excellent problem solving skills and ability to apply good judgment in decision-making.
In terms of experience, you must have HR experience from another corporate/ office environment. Professionalism and discreetness are of the utmost importance.
