Job Title: HR Assistant

Salary: £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Location: Central London (potential for hybrid working after training)

Major American law firm are looking for an HR Assistant to join their human resources team and provide proactive administrative support which will include assisting with end-to-end recruitment, induction and onboarding, polices, and general HR support. You will be the first point of contact for all employees.

Duties to include:

  • Creating HR reports
  • Managing sickness leave, holiday etc.
  • Drafting correspondence on behalf of HR Manager
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and managing the relationship
  • Providing support through the appraisal process
  • Assisting with graduate recruitment and the trainee rotation process
  • Preparing contracts of employment
  • Liaising with potential candidates and new employees
  • Supporting the wider HR team with updating policies and procedures
  • Provide administration support to the HR Director

It is essential that you have already gained some HR experience from either another law firm or other professional services environment. You must also have confident communication skills and strong time management and organisational skills. A hands-on and dynamic attitude is also a must.
