Major educational institution are looking to recruit an employment lawyer to join their growing legal team and undertake casework, providing high-quality, pragmatic support and legal advice to the HR team for disciplinaries, grievances, and employment tribunals etc. You will be working very closely and collaboratively with the HR team as well as the data protection and procurement teams.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a proven track record delivering employment law advice from within another complex organisation or a law firm.
A selection of duties will include (this list is by no means exhaustive):
Exceptional environment / culture and they offer very flexible working and are largely hybrid. They would consider an experienced employment lawyer, who is returning after a career break and / or looking for a part time role. Excellent benefits on offer including participation in a generous pension scheme; a generous holiday entitlement and various staff wellbeing programmes.
