Our client, a global luxury brand, is seeking a proactive, highly motivated secretary / administrator to support their London team of in-house lawyers. Prior experience working in-house is not required but it is essential that you have a minimum of two years’ experience working as a secretary, PA, or administrator within a legal environment to be considered.
Our client is looking for someone with a true team mentality and an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude. You will play a pivotal role in managing daily legal and administrative operations, with a primary focus on supporting legal counsel in the UK and other international offices.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will bring a naturally positive energy and a motivated approach to their work. You should be confident working independently when required, but truly enjoy working as part of a close-knit, supportive group. Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with document management platforms are highly valued for this role. If you are looking to take the next step in your career within a prestigious global setting, then this could be an exciting opportunity. Some hybrid working available.
McKinlay Law endeavour to contact all successful candidates within 24 hours. However, due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are not able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours your application has been unsuccessful and we have not retained your details.
