Job Title: International Arbitration Paralegal

Location: Central London

Salary: £42,000+

Leading US firm are looking for an experienced senior paralegal to work closely alongside a team of high-profile partners on a variety of international arbitration cases. In addition to fee earning duties, you will also be managing and mentoring two other paralegals. Duties include:

  • Cite checking, researching authorities and preparing legal exhibits for arbitration submissions and court papers
  • Managing / supervising the work of other paralegals
  • Attending hearings for production of witnesses and expert binders, exhibits and demonstratives
  • Assisting with document collection and profiling for attorney review
  • Organizing case documents, compiling case materials, and working with attorneys during written phases and hearings
  • Assisting at hearings
  • Developing client case presentations and hearing materials
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Fact checking and proof-reading documents

It is essential that you have experience as an arbitration paralegal from another leading firm, excellent academics and confident client skills. You must be a strong team player with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ability to handle a variety of matters and tasks simultaneously.
