Our client is in need of an administrator to take care of a broad range of administration and ad hoc tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with only six months experience in office support to take the next step of their career into a London law firm. You will be expected to perform tasks such as dealing with incoming and outgoing post, creating client files, updating databases, preparing meeting rooms, ordering stationary and dealing with suppliers and other ad hoc tasks. Training will be provided.

It is important that you have good communication skills and have the confidence to deal with visitors and members of staff. The position will suit someone who is proactive and flexible. Previous experience in a law firm would be ideal but is not essential. A brilliant opportunity for someone looking for a start in a law firm or keen to pursue a career in office support.
