Our client, a prestigious law firm, requires the assistance of a clerk / facilities assistant to provide a mixture of administration and facilities duties.

Expected duties include

  • Sorting, allocating post.  
  • Preparing court bundles, printing, scanning, binding etc.
  • Taking court documents to courts / chambers.
  • Scanning and archiving documents.
  • Updating databases.
  • Moving equipment/desks.
  • Liaising with couriers / suppliers.
  • Basic facilities duties i.e. setting up IT equipment, preparing meeting rooms, replenishing printer supplies etc.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. The firm is highly regarded and it would be an excellent opportunity for someone ideally with some previous experience in a similar role, however they will consider training a school / college leaver. They have a very friendly and supportive team culture and good benefits.
