Our client is in need of an experienced Costs Draftsperson to handle a broad range of billing and costs duties. It is essential that you have previous experience working within a law firm and can demonstrate expertise in drawing up inter partes bills and legal aid claims.
Exceptional IT skills and knowledge of using the CCMS portal; CostsMaster software experience also a strong preference. They need someone who is able to handle their own caseload and can be an effective communicator within the team. You must be confident in negotiating costs settlements with third parties and progressing applications for assessments if necessary.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced costs draftsperson to be a valued part of a very friendly team and is also looking for flexible working arrangements – Hybrid working can be tailored to suit.
