Exciting opportunity for a front of house receptionist to join a leading boutique law firm to provide full front of house support, ensuring the positive representation of the company in all dealings with clients and others, and assist the Office Manager with the day-to-day management of the office.
This will be a varied and busy role and so flexibility and the ability to take ownership of projects and duties is key. It is essential that you are able to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors including many international clients.
You must be able to prioritise a busy workload, think on your feet and multitask effectively; have strong communication skills with the confidence to communicate with senior management and external stakeholders; and be comfortable working in a busy very fast paced environment. Flexibility is essential as is a positive attitude. Ideally, the client would like a candidate who has gained experience on a front of house reception desk but they may also consider graduates / LPC students who are looking for a start to their office career.
This is an ideal opportunity for a receptionist of graduate calibre with exceptional customer service skills to join a dynamic and forward-thinking firm and work with real autonomy.
