Our client, a leading criminal law firm, is seeking an LPC graduate looking for a start in criminal law. Previous experience is not necessary but it is a requirement that you have either the LPC or BPC qualification.

Expected duties include:

  • Drafting correspondence, documents, witness statements etc.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Attending court proceedings.
  • Billing duties.
  • Research projects and cases.
  • Communicating with the legal aid agency.
  • Creating document bundles.

Whilst no prior experience is required you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills; an attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload is a must. Communication skills to deal with a client facing role, a good telephone manner and a positive and proactive attitude is imperative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a platform to gain experience and grow.
