Job Title: Marketing and BD Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 Neg

Our client, an aspirational boutique City law firm, who deal with high value commercial litigation and corporate work, are looking for a marketing and BD manager to put in place a marketing infrastructure, develop the BD function, and drive forward the firm’s growth strategy.

A selection of duties will include:

  • Managing and coordinating events and activities to include seminars, sponsorships, speaking engagements, client receptions, and client entertainment events
  • Developing collateral materials targeted for business development as well as coordinating client communications and marketing mailing lists
  • Implementing new client development initiatives and identifying new business development opportunities through strategic research
  • Monitoring all BD activities and tracking results and ROI
  • Monitoring industry news, website, competitors and updates and coordinating market research
  • Managing and updating the firm’s website and social  media
  • Preparing presentations, targeted client pitches and proposals

It is essential that you have a background in legal marketing as well as strong influencing skills and networking. You must also be able to manage multiple projects while prioritising time critical assignments.
