Ideally, the client would like a paralegal who has already gained experience in either patents, trademarks or IP work but they will consider an LPC graduate with an IP elective, exceptional academics and a genuine passion for patent / IP law.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a patent paralegal / administrator to join a successful, progressive and innovative law firm. A very generous salary on offer for experienced candidates as well as a fantastic benefits package and hybrid working options.

McKinlay Law endeavour to contact all successful candidates within 24 hours. However, due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are not able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours your application has been unsuccessful and we have not retained your details.
