Boutique private client law firm, with an exceptional reputation, is seeking an experienced private client secretary to join their small team of renowned partners. It is essential that you have a minimum of one year’s experience as a private client secretary from another law firm.

Duties will include:  

  • Diary management for partners and fee-earners.
  • Typing correspondence, creating documents / forms etc.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Opening and closing of files.
  • Updating client records; wills, deeds etc.
  • Ad hoc projects.

Excellent IT and organisations skills are imperative, as is prior experience supporting fee-earners using audio dictation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leading private client law firm in London servicing an interesting high-net-worth clientele.
