Our client, a well-established law firm requires a private client secretary to provide secretarial support and assistance with the servicing of clients. In terms of experience it is expected that you possess a background in private client law, wills and probate and ideally some residential property knowledge in order to aid fee-earners providing an all-round legal service to their clients.
Duties to be expected include: typing legal documents and correspondence; diary management; liaising with clients; updating files; booking travel; and potential conveyancing duties such as land registry searches. A minimum of 18 months to 2 years’ experience working in a law firm is required.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stellar law firm with an interesting clientele in London. Long term there may well be some remote working involved however you must be able to commit to working in the office on a full time basis.
