Established West End law firm are seeking an experienced property legal secretary to support fee earners dealing with a mix of residential and commercial property matters. It is essential that you have previous experience in another law firm in residential or commercial property (either is fine); preferably a minimum of 2-3 years.

Excellent organisation and communication skills are required as you will be scheduling meetings and deadlines, liaising with client’s directly with updates, and working as a key part of a team. Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, land registry searches, familiarity with relevant forms and documents, opening files up to post completion etc. is required.

The firm have a successful hybrid working policy - 50% working from home so it would also suit someone working locally who would like to move into a London firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a property team who have fee earners dealing with the top end of the London property market. Excellent benefits package.
