PQE: NQ – 3 Yrs
Established London law firm, well-known for their property work, are looking to recruit a self-motivated experienced real estate solicitor to join their busy property finance team. The successful candidate will be dealing with a wide range of work that will include: acting on behalf of Banks, Companies, Investors, Developers etc.; acting for both borrower and lender; and bridging and property finance.
It is essential that you have experience dealing with all aspects of Commercial / Residential Property and Bridging/Secured Lending Transactions, good technical knowledge and excellent communication and client skills. Fantastic opportunity for a property lawyer looking to join a trusted, renowned team.
