Our client, a West London law firm, require a receptionist / administrator to take on a varied all-round office role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with any experience in front of house, secretarial  or administration within an office to learn new skills and assist the team.

  • Liaising with suppliers and managing relationships with both current and potential suppliers.
  • Tying of correspondence (training on dictation software will be provided if needed).
  • Meeting and greeting clients. 
  • Answering the phones. 
  • Meeting and greeting clients and performing front of house duties.
  • Diary management.
  • Providing general administrative and PA support to the Partners and solicitors.
  • Ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Logging and recording invoices and bills for the London office.
  • Setting up new client files.

Previous experience is required, preferably within a law firm but they will consider applicants with alternative office experience. Strong IT skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a confident telephone manner are needed.
