Our client requires a receptionist to handles all front of house duties as well as providing some administration support. You will be expected to meet and greet all clients; answer all telephone calls and direct new enquiries through to the correct person; assist with the coordination and preparation of meeting rooms; sort and distribute post; organise catering and refreshments for meetings and events; update databases and client files.

It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills with the confidence to deal with clients and senior members of staff. You will also need to have strong organisation and IT skills in order to maintain the filing system, incoming and outgoing post, and correspondence as well as making travel arrangements and dealing with suppliers. Previous front-of-house experience within a professional services environment is essential as well as a confident telephone manner. The position will suit a proactive, dynamic candidate who is looking for a busy role in a very friendly firm.
