Established city law firm are seeking an ambitious legal secretary to join their buoyant residential property team. It is required that you have worked in another law firm previously and have at the very least a solid grounding in conveyancing procedures. Our client is not overly focused on the length and breadth of experience, but more interested in a positive attitude and good basic secretarial skills.
Excellent organisation and communication skills are required as you will be scheduling meetings and deadlines, liaising with client’s directly with updates, and working as a key part of a team. Good working knowledge of conveyancing procedures, land registry searches, familiarity with relevant forms and documents, opening files up to post completion etc. is required.
The firm have a successful hybrid working policy and are comfortable with employees working two days from home once up and running with the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a property team who have fee earners dealing with the top end of the London property market.
