Prestigious, tier 1 London law firm are looking for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join their award-winning property team. The client base for this team is exclusively ultra-high net worth individuals and you will be advising on all aspects of residential work including investment acquisition, residential sales and purchases, and refinancing. The team is renowned for the high-quality service they provide their clients.

A small selection of duties will include:

  • Carrying out property searches
  • Dealing with all aspects of the Land Registry Portal including obtaining OCEs, title documents and applications
  • Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
  • Drafting reports on title / reviewing and reporting on title
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Drafting contracts of sale
  • All aspects of post completion work including dealing with notices of transfer and charge, share certificates, stock transfer forms, deeds of covenant

The client is looking for a candidate with at least 6 months’ experience as a conveyancing paralegal (ideally dealing with a HNW client base) and you must be able to deal with all aspects of the residential transaction from instruction through to post-completion. You will be servicing a VIP clientele at the very highest end of the UK residential property market and so exceptional communication and client skills are also essential as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative. You must also be able to conduct searches with minimal supervision.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to gain quality experience in a major law firm dealing with some of the largest residential sales and purchases in the UK.
