A forward thinking, innovative law firm are looking for an LPC Graduate to join their firm as a paralegal in their leading property team and deal with high end residential property work. This is an entry level role and they are happy to provide full training, although if you have completed a module in property / real estate law on your LPC or gained some work experience during your summer holidays that would be beneficial.

Full training will be provided on all key duties and will include:

  • Assisting a small team of fee earners with their caseload with all aspects of the transaction from instruction through to post-completion
  • Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
  • Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and experts
  • File opening
  • Companies House Registrations
  • AML checks
  • File closing including matter balances
  • Drafting documents for trial
  • Post completion tasks
  • Sending out draft contract packs

It is essential that you have a very strong academic background including the LPC, exceptional client and communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. This is an exciting role for an LPC graduate looking for their first step into a law firm, or a paralegal with a few months’ experience in a local firm now looking to make the move to London. Fantastic training on offer and ideal for an ambitious, motivated candidate looking for their first paralegal role.
