A well-established, leading London law firm in Holborn requires a proactive and enthusiastic residential property legal secretary / PA to join their property team and provide secretarial support. Our client requires a secretary who is capable of doing, and has a good understanding of all of the relevant property searches and procedures and happy to deal with client enquiries.

A selection of responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Client liaison
  • Digital dictation
  • Document management
  • Arranging meetings
  • Land Registry searches
  • Handling and dealing with correspondence
  • Opening new files
  • Land Registry searches
  • Post completion tasks

It is essential that you have at least one years’ experience as a residential property legal secretary and a good knowledge of Land Registry procedures and searches, excellent time management and organisational skill as well as being a confident communicator. Excellent client skills are essential as you will be expected to liaise with clients on the fee earners’ behalf. Excellent benefits and a very positive and friendly environment.
