Our client, a well-regarded corporate boutique law firm, requires a secretary / PA to support a team of senior fee-earners. You will be expected to provide full PA support including extensive diary and travel management (booking hotels, sorting visas, managing international itineraries etc.), typing and document management including some audio typing and digital dictation, client liaison (dealing with enquiries, responding to correspondence etc.), arranging meetings and managing appointments.
Experience working as a PA / secretary is essential, and they will consider a secretarial background in any area of law or non-legal corporate background. You must also be flexible, able to think outside of the box, intelligent and proactive as well as have a dynamic approach to your work, strong organisational and timekeeping skills and, most importantly, excellent communication skills. This is a rare opportunity to develop a true PA role that you can really make your own. Fantastic working environment at their offices near Cannon Street and a very friendly team.
