Our client urgently requires a receptionist to provide front of house cover on an initial one month contract (potential to be extended). Previous reception experience in either a law firm or professional services is essential. Duties as expected include meeting and greeting visitors, managing the switchboard, organising meeting rooms / calendars, basic administration / invoicing etc. You must be able to start straight away and be able to commit for at least a month. Salary completely negotiable.
