Practice Administrator

International Law Firm

A leading international law firm in the City are looking for a practice administrator to take on a very varied role assisting the Office Manager and London managing Partner in the running of their London office. The role will include administrative support in Facilities management, HR, IT and Finance. Dealing with suppliers and their invoices, coordinating the onboarding of new starters to the business, handling 1st line basic IT enquiries and ordering supplies and equipment, logging and recording invoices and bills for the London office. The role would ideally suit someone looking to gain a wide variety of experience, perhaps as a stepping stone in to Office Management. Exceptional communication and IT skills and a very positive attitude with the drive and initiative to learn and in time take ownership of all administrative issues. Excellent benefits.
