Expanding, corporate London law firm are looking for an administrator / receptionist to support the day to day running of the office. The main purpose of the role is to cover reception as well as provide administrative support to the practice manager and assist the lawyers and partners as and when needed; you will be in the thick of things as the office is open plan. You will be expected to meet and greet all clients and show them to the correct meeting rooms; assist with the coordination and preparation of meeting rooms; sort and distribute post; organise catering and refreshments for meetings and events; answer all telephone calls; update databases; arrange lunches and order catering; and assist with ad hoc administration and typing when required.

It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills with the confidence to deal with clients and senior members of staff. You will also need to have strong organisation and IT skills in order to maintain the filing system, incoming and outgoing post, and correspondence as well as making travel arrangements and dealing with suppliers. Previous front-of-house experience in either a law firm or other corporate office is essential as well as a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills. The position will suit a proactive, dynamic candidate who is looking for a busy role. Very friendly firm with stunning offices.
