Major American law firm are looking for a marketing coordinator to assist the global BD and marketing team in a generalist role with exposure to all areas of marketing activities. You will be responsible for helping both the partners and the wider team to develop the firm’s business, build its relationships with existing and potential clients and also for managing the firm’s market profile.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating events and activities to include seminars, sponsorships, speaking engagements, client receptions, entertainment and awards events
  • Developing collateral materials targeted for business development as well as coordinating client communications and marketing mailing lists
  • Implementing new client development initiatives
  • Managing the local marketing budget
  • Managing and maintaining the intranet
  • Creating targeted client pitches, writing proposals and preparing presentations
  • Extensive research into industry trends and identifying new business targets
  • Managing and updating the firm’s website and social media

It is essential that you are a graduate with 2+ years’ experience in a law firm or professional services environment; excellent analytical, writing, project and events management skills; have the ability to think strategically and exceptional written and oral communication skills. You must be dynamic and creative with a proactive manner as well as the ability to interact confidently with high profile clients and partners.
