Leading US City-based law firm are looking for a banking / corporate paralegal to work on a broad range of general banking cases, working directly for a Partner. The partner is happy to delegate as much responsibility as you are able to cope with, this is an opportunity to gain top quality fee earning experience working on major cases.
It is essential that you have several months transactional banking experience gained in another international law firm and exceptional academics. The partner has a great reputation for mentoring and the firm has a very positive environment. Exceptional role, high profile cases and quality experience. Confident communication skills and the ability to prioritise and cope with a constant flow of emails and document requests are a must.
