Rare opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a background in clinical negligence work to join an established, well-known law firm based in Central London. You will be advising on all aspects of clinical negligence work but there will be a focus on brain injuries and so it would be an advantage if you have experience dealing with cases with these types of injuries. It is essential that you are confident with, and experienced in, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

Ideally, the client would like a solicitor with a background dealing with clinical negligence cases with 1 – 4 years post qualification experience (although if you are an NQ with good experience, you will also be considered). This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor to join a dynamic team in a supportive firm with genuine opportunities for career development. You will be assisting with high calibre work and working alongside two very experienced, well-respected partners.

McKinlay Law endeavour to contact all successful candidates within 24 hours. However, due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are not able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours your application has been unsuccessful and we have not retained your details.
