Job Title: Construction Paralegal

Interesting opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to work directly alongside a leading construction lawyer on a wide variety of projects. The successful paralegal will ideally have experience in construction but they may consider paralegals with a very strong background in high value, high profile commercial litigation and international arbitration work.

It is essential that you can confidently deal with: drafting witness statements and exhibits; expert reports; schedules of costs; contracts and warranties; letters before action; document disclosure exercises; managing databases and using different doc review platforms.
