High-profile, ambitious City law firm are looking for two employment lawyers: an NQ and a 5 YR PQE associate to join their team advising on high value / high profile contentious and non-contentious employment work. The quality of work is exceptional, and the roles are ideal if you are looking for a change of culture, exciting clients and a good work life balance in a smaller firm. The work is varied and includes whistle blowing, HR advice, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination advice, settlement agreements, partnership and LLP work, misrepresentation, constructive dismissals, data protection, harassment and stress at work claims that arise in a work context. A good proportion of their work is litigated in the High Court and the firm prides itself on the first-rate services they offer to clients.
