Expanding City Law firm require an experienced IT Support Analyst to handle the IT functions and 1st and 2nd line support for the firm.  You will be the sole IT support for the office with access to external support where needed.

The role will include: handling IT queries that get reported either remotely or face to face and responding via telephone and e-mail or physically at work stations, troubleshooting problems with Windows based workstations, installing desktop software, business systems, handling the maintenance of the existing infrastructure including desktop and server systems, network hardware and telephones. You will be expected to provide input on IT based projects as the firm expands and new technology is implemented in what is a changing world.

Experience in a law firm or similar professional services/corporate environment is essential Advanced technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
