Rapidly expanding, Central London law firm are looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their property team due to a significant increase in the volume of work. The role be a mixture of collective leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, non-statutory lease extensions and lease renewals.
The highly successful team is renowned for their work in this area and have an enviable client base with excellent quality of work on offer to the successful solicitor.
Requirements:
