Rapidly expanding, Central London law firm are looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their property team due to a significant increase in the volume of work. The role be a mixture of collective leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, non-statutory lease extensions and lease renewals.
The highly successful team is renowned for their work in this area and have an enviable client base with excellent quality of work on offer to the successful solicitor.
Requirements:
Competitive pay, excellent prospects and long term progression / growth within the firm, this is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to build on their current experience within a firm with a strong reputation for lease enfranchisement work.
