We have three separate London based law firms who are looking for legal secretaries to join their teams. These are fantastic opportunities for someone with only 6-12 months experience in a law firm as either a legal secretary or an administrator. These positions will involve a broad range of secretarial and PA duties including extensive organising of travel arrangements, planning diaries, client events, organising internal and external meetings and generally being a focal point for administration within the team.
It is important that you possess strong IT and organisations skills and have a motivated and positive attitude. This is an opportune moment if you are looking for a new start in the New Year within genuinely friendly teams.
