Leading boutique London law firm are looking for a Practice Manager to take charge of the day to day running of the firm, which will include finance, HR, IT, facilities management, compliance, marketing and events, diversity and sustainability.

A small selection of responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process to include liaising with agencies, arranging interviews and drafting offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Training for new starters
  • Responsible for the auto enrolment pension process
  • Liaising with external accountants and the firm’s bankers
  • Assisting the COFA, COLP and MLRO
  • Supervising the SAR audit
  • Assisting with budgeting
  • Updating Companies House records and maintaining accurate SRA records
  • Renewing subscriptions, employment benefits and all insurance policies
  • Managing, negotiating and reviewing supplier contracts
  • Managing and maintaining the content of the firm’s website
  • Arranging and managing legal directory submissions (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 etc.)
  • Organising and managing events

It is essential that you have at least four years’ experience as the office practice manager of another law firm, have excellent time management skills and exceptional communication skills. Extremely interesting client base and a very varied, generalist role in a renowned London firm.
