Leading London law firm are looking for a residential property fee earner: either a full or part qualified legal executive or licensed conveyancer, to deal with volume residential purchases.
You must have the confidence and dynamism to deal with key industry players including clients, developers and agents and be able to work to set timescales and deadlines, ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are met and managed at all times.
It is essential that you have strong technical knowledge and a pro-active, self-motivated work ethic as well as exceptional client handling skills combined with excellent communication skills. This is an extremely busy role and so you must have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach.
