Large, well-known Central London law firm are looking for a residential property paralegal / conveyancing fee earner to join their leading team and deal with an interesting mix of property work. The work is exclusively for high-end residential property and they have a large client base of leading, VIP figures in the media and entertainment industry including celebrities and well-known names. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative.

Excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in a leading team and to develop your client skills as well as gain exposure to a wide range of property work. Ideally you will have at least 6 months’ experience as a residential property paralegal and have an understanding of all searches and procedures. This role would suit a paralegal with a genuine interest in residential property and is looking to progress their career in a London law firm.
