Experienced professional with extensive experience in residential property and an entrepreneurial flare is sought to setup and lead an in-house team in an innovative property group based in Central London.

 The Role:

  • Manage and develop the team of conveyancing professionals including the external conveyancing counsel
  • Being responsible for a team conducting conveyancing due diligence on properties
  • Develop a risk based approach / framework to conveyancing
  • Improve the legal due diligence processes including identifying opportunities through technology
  • Seek and incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders

Ideally, you will have a minimum of five years’ PQE but management acumen and leadership skills are equally as important.
