A successful US law firm are rapidly growing their UK operations to the extent that they require an experienced IT professional to handle their IT support for their London office.
With support from the US based IT team you will be the sole person in charge of providing 1st and 2nd line support, setting up and maintaining IT equipment and work stations, troubleshooting user issues, training staff on software and equipment, logging IT problems and their resolution, overseeing and tracking the lending of equipment, and implementing company IT strategies.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ambitious, with an excellent technical knowledge of all-round IT support, looking to take that experience into a standalone role within a prestigious US firm.
It is imperative that you have a strong IT background preferably within law firms or another corporate professional services. Demonstratable expertise of Windows, Microsoft Office and ideally Aderant is needed as well as excellent communication and client skills
