A leading firm of patent and trademark attorneys require a paralegal or legal PA / legal secretary, who is experienced in trade mark formalities and administration. This contract will involve a mixture of paralegal and PA duties and it is imperative that you have previous experience using IP related websites such as UKIPO, WIPO and EUIPO. Duties to include client liaison, diary management, updating client records, preparing documents, creating reports and other fee earner support. This is a fixed term contract of three months but flexibility with a view to longer would be ideal.

You must have exceptional IT skills and a heightened attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to gain further intellectual property experience in a leading London firm. Graduates with a science degree and exceptional academics looking for an entry level role in IP will also be considered.
