Expanding media law firm are looking for a trainee IT assistant to work in their small IT support team. An ideal opportunity for either a college leaver or someone with some office experience looking to break in to IT.

The role will include: handling IT queries that get reported by the firm either remotely or face to face and responding via telephone and e-mail; troubleshooting problems with Windows based workstations, desktop software, business systems, network and equipment; and assisting the IT Manager with maintenance of the existing infrastructure including desktop and server systems, network hardware and telephony including company supplied mobile phones.

The role will ideally suit someone who has some office experience and excellent IT skills and is looking to build a career in IT support. Exceptional customer service skills are essential as you will be helping internal clients with basic IT admin from day one. An exceptional opportunity for someone looking for a break into IT.
